I really want to try this out because it honestly sounds amazing, but I dunno about them bugs mentioned above...
Any word of if there are any patches coming up in the future?

I was suddenly hit with some nostalgia from that very specific time during the early 90s were short circuit off road racing was really, REALLY hot, so I've been listening to this sporadically for some time now. It helps that I have a lot of nostalgia for the game... and that the song is actually good.

Mmmmh... well, we all knew the change to the Switch was coming, but still, nice to know. Lucky for me -although I'm not exactly sure how it worked so I migh've fudged things up- I never answered my initial survey due to needing -prefferably- to pay for delivery insurance, which is quite hefty and I don't have that money atm. So my guess is the Switch option should now be there... or rather, here's hoping it is.

That poster is giving me flashbacks to the old castle renders from SotN for some reason...

Saw some episodes and liked what I saw, but I didn't see a lot (thanks to the internet mind you, since the show was never broadcasted in Mexico to my knowledge), but now almost everybody remembers him, albeit for the wrong reasons: The Max Headroom broadcast signal intrusion from 1987. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Max_Headroom_broadcast_signal_intrusion

Oh, this is very nice indeed. I can't listen to the whole thing atm sadly, but you can bet your sweet bippy I'll listen to it in the car later on.
From what I've heard so far, this seems to be very in-depth. I like it!

Right now I'm playing the EFF out of Xenoblade Chronicles X. Ironically, I've owned it for the longest time but the fact I had NO IDEA what I was doing (game does a very poor job of telling you ANYTHING AT ALL) made me leave it for a while... then Monster Hunter Generations happened and I kindda forgot about it. Then Generations ran its course and I remembered.
And I found a discord chat with experts on the game.
So needless to say, now that I KINDDA know what I'm doing, I'm actually enjoying it a lot. The story is all right, and the cahracters are a bit cliched, but they work for what the story is supposed to be (a classic japanese space opera). It has lots and lots AND LOTS of grinding (which I like) and the world is just so vast and massive and ALIVE. It genuinely feels (and looks) like one HUGE massive world out there just waiting to be explored and discovered. And you do that ON A FRIGGIN' MECHA! THAT TRANSFORMS! That's effin' awesome!
Fighting is still kind of an unbalanced mess (basically, 60% of the things you can use out there are poop, 25% work, 10% are actually good, and about 5% can be used to beat everything post-game) and there are very few combinations that actually WORK the whole game overall. But once you discover a wining combination and you start taking down post-game high level enemies... man, it's SO FRIGGIN' satisfying. Do yourself a favour a grab a copy if you like JRPGs... and if you do, remember to IMMEDIATELY go to the discord channel and ask what are you supposed to do.

If Bloodstained remains on Wii U, I have faith Armature will get the port done eventually. It will be costly, but it's covered already by our backer dollars. That money would be better spent on a NS version with enough money left over for franchise possibilities, not to mention the sales would be much better on NS. This, tbh. I guess it all depends on just how much budget has gone to the port already as if the switch to the... well, SWITCH, can be supported by said budget. Maybe whatever build they (maybe) have for the Wii U version is actually not compatible with the Switch? Maybe it is and the jump/transition would not make a dent on the budget?

Considering it would add a TON of replay value, the answer is obvious to me: yes.

They're all pre-made purchased assets so... dunno how to feel about that. Looks cool, and the gameplay looks interesting, so it is fair to say I'll keep an eye out for updates.

Oh boy, with the collector's bubble in full bubble mode now, them Saturns are only going to get more expensive.
This can't be good...
But hey, good for people who already owned one, I guess.

I would be excited... if I didn't have almost all of those games on the Wii and the Wii U already. Great quick retro fix, I just don't happen to need it.
That Wii U NES controller is a must buy for me, tho'.

I'm probably one of the few on the planet not playing it. Nope. I have a Microsoft Lumia phone atm, so I basically can't play it even if I wanted to. (And I kindda do)

Yeah but there's absolutely nothing to suggest it's gonna ignore the survival roots. I mean a person might think that going by just the teaser alone but enough info has come out where we know that isn't true. Well, you made my own point. I'm going by the teaser alone because all the other stuff is cool that they talked about it, but we haven't seen it or know how they will implement it. I can only go for what I can see and have played. When a proper demo pops up with survival elements, then we'll talk about them,

The ones where you actually had to explore, use your mind with puzzles, preserve ammo and health items. Where tension and suspense was built, where you didn't have enemies using weapons on you... Yeah. Also, in terms of plot the simplicity of the old plots were so much better. You didn't have all these DIE HARD type terrorists with superhero main characters globetrotting the planet. It was a simple, giant corporation experimenting on people and animals. Much of the plot came from the files which were always far more interesting than whatever happened by the actual characters. Also the classic games use of camera angles just can't be topped. Look how well they used them to build tension and unease- This, pretty much, tbh. The old games were awesome. I always appreciated all the crazy and insane conspiracy theories that came up from the fact the game's notes and files (of course, you had to read them to know they were there and to know what was going on) were full of holes and missing information? Remember the times when no one knew who Edward Dewey was and people went nuts when it was announced he would appear in Zero (which I still like)? Good times. In any case, back to the topic at hand. It sure feels a lot like P.T., and while its always going to be a plus that at least its going back to its horror roots (something that had been genuinely missing since about RE4's midgame point), I'm a bit worried that they're going full horror and ignore their survival roots (which is, you know, RIGHT THERE ON THE GENRE'S NAME). Sure, right now there's no Silent Hill after Knoami's CEO went pants-on-head stupid, so its a fair thing for them to take up that space, but still, it really won't be A Resident Evil game. Just Capcom's very own Silent Hill. But at least its going to be better than 5 and whatever 6 was trying to be... so at least there's that.

I think being able to do that is... pretty nuts. I want to say its impressive too (and it is), but it all depends on just how much time the guy invested to be able to do this.
It's still, like I said, NUTS.
