Since I was apparently too subtle last time, and you obviously don't care to listen to anyone that isn't in complete agreement with you... I'll be blunt and then move on to other matters... You go ahead and do what you need to do, it's not my responsibility to pay you back the money you invested nor is it anyone else here's responsibility to do that. I invested in a game, a game that will be out in 18 days. Though I regret you got burned on some matters you need to move past this or at the very least stop raining on everyone's day, good luck going to court to win back $60 in damages. Regarding our current development status, well, we are actually still working. We found a bad bug, and we're fixing it so that it can be patched in an update. Our physical copies seem less and less valuable in regards to being fully playable once the servers go down. I feel very unhappy. What happens if we backed for a japanese physical copy but reside elsewhere? Will these shipments also be delayed? |

Ryngar AciaTrue... Zangetsu will be a boss, however I would be disappointed if the "Boss" in question doesn't turn out to be an actual bad guy which it's pretty clear that Zangetsu isn't. It would be cool if there was an actual plot story to Boss Revenge, I never figured there would be, I don't know... But I don't think Bloodless will be the 3rd character. Am hoping she will be playable in Boss Revenge though.

Whether 505 likes it or not, every backer was entitled to a Linux and Mac version of the game and genuinely exclusive content, and 505's stolen these things from you to enrich themselves. It's even more disappointing to see Iga himself buy into 505's "Kickstarter promises aren't REAL promises" crap. I'm not letting this sour me on Kickstarter, though. It wasn't Kickstarter's fault. It's 505's greed. No, they weren't. Kickstarter rules explicity says otherwise. Read Section 4 of their Terms of Use.
If a creator is unable to complete their project and fulfill rewards, they’ve failed to live up to the basic obligations of this agreement. To right this, they must make every reasonable effort to find another way of bringing the project to the best possible conclusion for backers. A creator in this position has only remedied the situation and met their obligations to backers if:
they post an update that explains what work has been done, how funds were used, and what prevents them from finishing the project as planned;
(they did that, you can see it HERE [Wii U], HERE [VITA] and HERE [Mac and Linux]) t hey work diligently and in good faith to bring the project to the best possible conclusion in a timeframe that’s communicated to backers;
(they did that, you can see it HERE [bug solving] and all the other graphical and bug-hunting updates]) t hey’re able to demonstrate that they’ve used funds appropriately and made every reasonable effort to complete the project as promised;
(they did that, you can see it at the last updates focused on graphics and bug-hunting) they’ve been honest, and have made no material misrepresentations in their communication to backers; and they offer to return any remaining funds to backers who have not received their reward (in proportion to the amounts pledged), or else explain how those funds will be used to complete the project in some alternate form.
(they did that for Wii U users, and already explained that funds were used when Mac and Linux were canceled) The creator is solely responsible for fulfilling the promises made in their project. If they’re unable to satisfy the terms of this agreement, they may be subject to legal action by backers.
Anyone can take legal action against anything, and you have the right to do that. Your legal action just doesn't have factual basis on Kickstarter rules itself. |

There's no bug, no middleware problem, the demos ran fine on Wine and they have not shown any evidence that they have even TRIED to run native, nor can they even do something basic like name a UE4 plug-in that doesn't work. The "middleware problem" doesn't exist and is ENTIRELY an invention of 505's management to eliminate platforms they think aren't profitable. Even the 505 employees on this board said they "hope it will just work on WINE" - which really proves the complete lack of effort.
But we'll see in a couple weeks just how serious their middleware problem is, won't we?

Hey thanks for the update. People on Kickstarter are being ridiculous with the talk about lawsuits.  Anyway, I have two questions: 1. Apparently it will only release on the 21st of June in my country. Will I still receive a temporary steam key on the 18th? 2. Will the savegames from those temporary steam keys carry over into the permanent game once it has been shipped and activated? Question Angel-Corlux I have been told that the answer both of those questions is 'yes'. |

I am really happy to have Zangetsu confirmed as a playable character, I would have liked if he was the protagonist!
Considering the chart and excuses from 505, I find all of these repulsive and would not want to do any business again with them. If they decided to break the backer exclusive promise, they should at least offer some other reward for free, as many 60$ backers are angry and with reason. I have been reading it everywhere: forum, kickstarter, social networks..This is about people who believed in the project when everyone thought these kind of games are not wanted anymore. They feel betrayed now, well most of them do. It could have been handled better. The slipcase in the chart is worth 10$? It better be high quality item rather than cheap paper. Also it is not cool using argument about the survey which was open to the public. It is all about money. One boss and weapon extra is not a big deal, I don’t care about it actually that much, but I do care about principles and morals.
I do look forward to the game and other bonuses.

Question Why don't all backers get the PS4 theme for free? I paid the same as them. Why do they get bonus items when nobody else does? Also a friend of mine asked about if there would be no DRM on the steam version and you never responded.
