Speaking of Guacamelee, the last time I saw Cale post was right before I gave him that Wii-U code for that game. Either he is really enjoying it, or he is in the briney depths where computers don't function. yeah where is that dude... it doesn't take that long to beat the game lol. he was on 17hrs ago supposedly

A Djinn might be another good enemy type. No idea what it would do but it would be powerful. That would be cool... have a dessert like level where there are skeletons rubbing lamps for lower Djinn and a king Djinn as the boss for the area.

I would think it would be craftable or buyable early in the game... maybe the amount of luck grows with the character's lv and the backtracking is a staple in the game so that cannot change. it comes from the zelda like gameplay Iga (and his team) wanted from the beginning. For the backtracking, I hope they put teleportation system. It's kinda of a pain to walk all over the place just to farm, and it is the biggest castle IGA will make The backtracking will be clocking in more rather than the hours played later when I played it So yeah, but that is my opinion only well yeah, there will be a teleportation system, that is also a staple of igavania's (or would he prefer zeldavaina?)... I wonder if we will be able to create our own teleporting points.

it is your choice to use it. it's just sometimes we end up lv up to the point of over-leveling when we farm. so I think this item would be perfect. it should give the highest luck bonus in the game. of course it would be in exchange for your EXP growth but of course, when you unequipped it, you can gain EXP like normal again... it should be called the "Farmer's Ring" or something. If you put it that way, that particular item need to be in the inventory like from when the game starts Kinda illogical if it only can be created in later game... I think there should be a limited amount for healing items e.g. 10 per healing items, 2 per resurrect item and 99 for all other items... I mean this is a collecting type game they should give us the ability to raise 99 of each collectable item. (I think we should be able to desynthesize weapons to their basic components) but as i said in another thread if you end up farming, you end up grinding by "accident" and (imo) may ruin the game that way... so I propose there should be an item that greatly raises luck but completely stops exp growth. what about an insect version of legion... it could take several forms. think about it, a large, ferocious looking enemy pops out of nowhere (you know, in one of those "too quiet" moments) but instead of attacking it writhes in pain and falls back dead... then tiny insects start eating away it's body from the inside out. then the mass of insects uses the creatures bones to create a multiple form boss... the bugs could fall off of the monster as it attacks and moves and if you stay in one place too long the little bugs can sap your life, bit by bit... they should be controlled by a core insect or a few core insects... each time you kill one the others come together to make a new form. This is a fantastic idea. I feel that you could incorporate a demon that infected this large, ferocious looking enemy as a boss in this area. Or instead of just using the bones, the flesh is still attached in places and the insects hold together the alternate parts. Maybe leave the head whole and unaffected until you get the health to some point to where the queen bug through its head. actually I'm not much into gore. but the idea of the controller bugs hiding out in different parts of the body like a partially decayed heart and the Queen in the head sounds cool... if the queen is hidden in the head the player could knock the queen out of the head and attack it, as it makes it's way back in the skull.

Ah, well then. Farming would be less of a problem if the items were limited. Difficulty would be easier to design for due to knowing the player will not have 99 potions to use Grinding would only be necessary if the challenge was so difficult it couldn't be completed with the alloted healimg item limit. In that case, keep in mind Iga requires that his bosses be able to be defeated without getting hit once. No one should depend on grinding due to not being able to skillfully navigate an area or beat a boss because multiple tries means getting more familiar with pattens. Perhaps they keep their xp even though they die and the retrys are the grinding. I would love to see an Arachne type enemy. Having the half spider appearance. Or I would just like to see giant spiders that would do poison damage. I haven't coded for several years now, but I know C++, C#, Unreal engine 2, and I've hard 3 is similar but I wouldn't now. I've even done some emotion engine assembly for the ps2. But again, several years ago. Programming... I absolutely love doing it for game logic, game rules, game AI, etc. But when it comes to coding something like making that happen on a desktop pc or whatever... *pukes*. heck no, and I don't want to minimize the efforts of the poeple who do that. I don't think my own personal strengths make that the hard/tedious work, I just hate it and suck at it. so.... are you in or out? we could use all the help we can get

here is a little tidbit of the story I was thinking about Bit Ronin The player wakes up in a strange world where everything is spoken in computer lingo. The player is designated an unknown program, when he is repaired everyone is afraid of him, cause they think he's a virus and they want him to leave but an elder program says he might be an SP, a Security Protocol... The player is given the name Bit and given directions to a place where he could get answers (I have no idea where that place is yet). But the path is dangerous luckily he begins to remember what he is capable of (the more he fights the more moves he gains)... But the closer he gets to his destination the more he becomes confused, is he trully an SP or a virus? Bit Ronin with both hands lol. I would love input on this very loose game concept

Ok I know it's not very specific but it could open up a whole new era for sega... the awesomeness that was sega from the 90's I hope they bring back some games that have been missing for a long time... games like panzer dragoon, streets or rage, Altered Beast. Doing a videogame... It's hard work, I'd say it's an art. I'm a developer, I know how to program in many programming languages, and I've made games professionally speaking. I've used some Unreal Engine, little CryEngine and mainly Unity for LITTLE games. I know about materials, 2D, 3D, animation... I have a game of my own I just can't do for lack of spare time. Maybe I can offer little consultancy? When I worked creating videogames I was also the game designer, helping with the gameplay mechanics and stuff like thatr. Why don't you try something simple to sketch the game? Something like Construct 2. This way you can try gameplay easily without perogramming too much. we can use any kind of help XD Metafaniel. a consultant would come in handy.

Speaking of making games.... if you guys want to develop something high end, Unreal and Unity could be downloaded for free. Both are fantastic game engines, it just depends on what you're more familiar with. Though, the two engine each require knowledge and experience in different programming languages. Good luck!! this is less of a rule and more of a question... why is it in romance anime/manga the guy is always mean to the girl? it's like they want girls to end up (or make them want to be) in abusive relationships. is it just me? All Girls Want Bad Boys. yeah but... it still sucks. from an early age, girls are taught to like guys that abuse them? I know the bad boy thing is popular... but come on... I love anime but this is the only thing that pisses me off in the genres... sorry let's get back to the fun stuff.
