Just realized there's no thread on this game yet, so I decided to make one. So, anyone here back the game? Looking forward to it? Enjoy this style of game? Let the discussion commence! Personally, I backed it and ended up getting a Steam digital copy and a console digital copy, which I'll be redeeming on Wii U. This is my number two most anticipated game after Bloodstained (actually, it's probably a tie between this and Shantae: Half-Genie Hero). Meantime, I've started playing the first Jak and Daxter in order to get into the collect-a-thon mood. Collecting all those eggs makes me feel like it's Easter all over again--not that there's anything wrong with that!

I've been wanting to play Ori and the Blind Forest, ever since I saw it's art style. Castlevania fighter...? @_@ that's something I've not heard of.. Ori and the Blind Forest is really cool, it's beautifully drawn, it's got a pretty touching story, and Ori's movement feels very fluid, as any metroid-vania (Even though it's kind of left field) it has upgrades and a massive area to explore. Plus, some things can be a real challenge, almost frustratingly so, but it's worth it, for sure. Give it a try. Just played through the intro last week and was like, 'Oh yeah, this is going to be good!' It's on hold for now, though, until I 100% Shantae and the Pirate's Curse. Then after that, Zelda: Wind Waker HD and/or Dawn of Sorrow. Damn, too many good games!

Shantae and the Pirate's Curse. Honestly, if you like Metroidvanias at all (which I'm guessing all of you do) and you haven't played any of the Shantae games yet, GET THEM! I'm kicking myself for having ignored this series for so long! I continue to kick myself for missing the Kickstarter. Yeah, me too. Unfortunately, I wasn't really 'into' Kickstarters at the time, but if it was put up today, I'd back the hell out of it! Oh well. Thank you backers for backing that game, though! Day one buy for me!

I've got four physical copies (PS4, XB1, WiiU, Vita) plus one Digital (PC-GOG) because I couldn't decide and I'm a collector. Same. Five physical (Steam, PS4, XB1, Wii U, Vita), plus an extra digital copy for my friend. I know if this is anything like SotN, I'm going to want to replay it again and again, even on multiple systems, so having access to different achievement/trophy lists just gives me an additional excuse to replay. But I voted for Vita, because I figured it needed some lovin'. (Plus, I love me some Vita!)
