The item pouch's hitbox can desync in such a way that walking over it will not pick it up.

Image worth of a thousand words. I walked over that pouch and it would not be picked up, no matter how I jumped or crouched around. Then at the very moment I took this screenshot (keypress CTRL + F12, in case the pick up was caused by a debug keybind) I picked it up from the spot I am in that screenshot, quite a bit off to the right of it.

Occurence: Didn't see this happen any other time, so rare.

Severity: Merely annoying, unless a required item appears as a pouch at some point.

Reproducible: I was unable to do it again afterwards.
