Really my only issue is that rather than having Miriams sword fade into darkness, it kindqa just ... cuts off? If that could be fixed that would be nice, if not thats fine.
Loving the flower petals up under Miriam and Gebel <3

As for the load time / data usage it would require 3x more background loading than the Miriam and Gebel pics. The only time members will get to see that many petals is probably viewing on desktop view on a mobile device. Everyone would get the load time increase though. |

Fading the bottom into the BG is a good idea, but why not have it dissolve into the crystal petals instead?
Also, the crystal petals would look great if they were glowing a bit and got a bit smaller further down the page.

I was thinking the same. I have the source images, so I'll do it when I'm home from vacation. If you look really closely, they are already glowing. I will amplify the glow, fade the petals in, and make them fall away to smaller petals as they go down. |

Ok, I have kind of done what I said I was going to do. Miriam fades a bit better at the bottom. The crystal petals now repeat along the sides of the entire site, regardless of display size. As for their glow, I think they are glowing enough already after getting home and viewing them on my laptop. As for getting smaller as they go down, because they repeat now I will not be doing this. So, I think I'm finally happy enough to enjoy the graphics of the site for the first time in a long time.  |
