Have one of the Bosses humorously react to Miriam if she has a certain Joke Weapon (like a Feather Duster or Umbrella) currently equipped.

"Oh no! Not THAT. My one weakness!!" Or something to that effect.

The ONLY line I need to hear... is when Miriam gets stuck, say sliding under something, and then attempts to jump.

"WHAT!"

That was always my favorite thing to force Alucard to say =P

I think I have some excellent fourth wall breakers.

If the player goes out of bounds, Gebel can comment "you were supposed to stay within the boundaries of the castle, cheater."

If you are caught pirating, all major items and enemies will be gone (thus the game can't be beaten) and Gremory will comment that "something's not right with this world."

LOL, what if though it was Belgrade's voice giving a not so subtle warning, similar to how he told us not to put PS1 Symphony in a CD player?

what about I don't know who should say this but what about this: "That's Gebel's cursed castle you shouldn't go in there... But you probably won't listen to me anyway, will you?" or something to this effect.

If there's a room with a single treasure chest in it, and you open it and take the stuff, have this line play:

"....Did you seriously just take my stuff??"

The origin of the voice? Unknown. It could be Gebel or an unseen ghost or another character. I would prefer an unseen ghost or Gebel for humor.

Galamoth lol, well hm, if it's just a dream it wouldn't create a time paradox, but maybe it'd make sense for an actual flashback or the prequel game? Still though, Time Paradox is totally a great MGS moment, so much so that I'd be worried it's just as risky as borrowing full Castlevania lines...

I think possibly they could do something recognizable but also altered to more of a vague expression, like for Hayter's character saying "Kept you waiting, did I?". I think that could do the trick haha
