Die monster!!! (maybe said during a special attack very low percentage of hearing it)
You don't belong in this world. (the end or beginning of a boss)
Enough talk Have at you! (before a boss)
They no longer care for this... (something that calls back to something konami maybe a useless item)
What!? (when something suddenly happens like turning to stone, or an enemy attacks from nowhere)
What a horrible night to have a curse... (Someone talking to Miriam about her curse)

At the risk of sounding 4th wall-ish, here's some. I'm trying not to depend on Castlevania references, just to be safe with potential legality.
Since it takes place during the late 1700's, have Bloodless say "I was good friends with a certain countess in Hungary," when her health is 161. (In reference to when Bathory was arrested in 1610.
If a boss has 1476 health left, have one of the heroes say, "the stabbing will end for you soon." (Vlad Tepes nod.)
If revived from just running out of health, say "not going to the void yet!"
If I may make a Castlevania suggestion, though, here's one.
Whenever your gold is at exactly 18 and you're fighting a major theater-themed boss, they could mention that "transformative roles are always the best!" This is meant as a reference to Dracula's transformation in stage 18 of the very first game.
This one is another bad reference to the NES games. If you constantly try to spam water moves that don't work, the hero in play could say, "I guess it doesn't work that well, anymore." This is a nod to how Holy Water could freeze enemies in the Simon games and slow them down in Dracula's Curse.

Angel-Corlux How many days do we have to submit lines? Knowing who the VAs are would also be helpful in line choice - there are certain VAs I'd love to say certain things given context or history! Nonetheless this is a sweet idea and I'll be giving it some thought to come up with something(s) cool

Could be worse, the castle could be in Cagliostro (bonus points for those who get the reference) would be a bit easier to come up with easter eggs if we knew more of the cast besides hayter and belgrade (hint hint Angel-Corlux >P) |
