I think red skeletons should be replaced with stained glass skeletons that comeback together after shattering... or every time it shatters it could get smaller and smaller lol

An eyeball. Nothing crazy fancy, just.....a friggin' eyeball. No matter what the game or work of fiction, eyeballs or eyeball based monsters always have and always will creep me the fuck out man. Cacodemons from doom, dogether in castlevania rondo of blood and portrait of ruin, that crazy lookin' thing from baldur's gate Mr. I in super mario 64....man these keep me up at night, lmao. Kirby games have plenty of eyeball enemies too. As for Castlevania, "Peeping Eyes" are definitely well-known. yeah just a plain floating eye could be awesome... or it could drip red liquid... that makes you stuck when you step in it. it should be unkillable unless you are close to large spikes. you'd have to hit the eyeballs into the spikes to kill them.

Speaking of centipedes, interesting fact that nobody likely cares about. But Centipedes are actually fairly venomous, but oftentimes games don't associate centipedes with poison. Scorpions on the otherhand, are often extremely poisonous in games, when in fact, their poison is one of the mildest of all venomous creatures!

I would love to see an Arachne type enemy. Having the half spider appearance. Or I would just like to see giant spiders that would do poison damage. I would just be happy with any insect version enemy. Maybe and undead enemy that upon death large insects Burst out of the corpse. I love it when an enemy explodes into many others. Going by arachnophobia statistics, you're in the process of agitating some 15000+ backers.

Scorpions on the otherhand, are often extremely poisonous in games, when in fact, their poison is one of the mildest of all venomous creatures! Centipedes can inflict incredibly painful bites, even without the venom in consideration. I've been bitten by one in real-life before...and it really hurt for days. With that in mind, the "Giant Centipede" enemy's powerful jaws could inflict more serious damage to Miriam than even if she gets poisoned by it. (Perhaps the pain of the blow could stun her for a short time)

I was playing Castlevania HoD and I was fighting Skeleton Blaze (or Skeleton Blades in other games) and I wanted something like this in Bloodstained. So I thought what about zombie ninjas? or maybe possessed shadows (they will look like ninjas but come out of shadowy places)

I'm all for classic enemies too, but put a new spin on them. Skeletons can boomerang you, axe armors block subweapons and use a giant axe rather than a small throwing one, zombies are kamikaze enemies, etc. I don't want these spins per say, but you get what I mean right?
Also I agree about the 60/40 thing. I'd go with 70/30.

Some ideas that i have are:
Alchemist & Cursed Dog: Just like the Owl Knight they are two sepperate enemies that comes togheter, The alchemist have a flintlock gun and fires it from far range and can throw a vial of poison in an high arc and the dog rushes the player with claws and bites, occasionally shoots crystal shards from its mouth. Depending on who you kill first the other one will get some kind of power up. Killing the Alchemist first will cause the dog to be enraged which makes it faster and shoots a quick beam instead of a shard. If the Cursed Dog dies first the Alchemist goes down on his knees and absorbs the dogs curse, making him attack more often and gives crystal shot move which shoots three breakable homing crystals at the player.
Crystal Slime Thingy: A slime thingy that can hardened to crystal at will and shape itself, it could do stuffs like jumping in the air and transform into a crystal sword to slice you up or engulf the player and transform into crystal to lock the player in place. could pretty much do anything use your imagination XD

I personally would like to see an Incubus type of enemy. The Castlevania series is notorious for scantly clad succubi with breasts the sizes of watermelons, I wouldn't mind seeing large muscular winged hot guys wearing g-strings, with pecs and packages that bounce about with the smallest movement. You know, like how they do succubi and their breasts.
double standards aside, some eye pleasing male enemy types WOULD be nice considering there isnt a game that has ever done that, yet topless female monsters in fiction are the norm for some reason.

There actually has been another enemy that behaved similarly to the Owl Knight in past Castlevania games, that your post reminds me of. The "Dead Mate" enemy in Super Castlevania IV is a ghost of an old man with a zombie-dog, usually found guarding treasure. Upon the dog's death, the old man rushes over to it, kneels, and starts grieving. It disappears soon afterwards. I like your idea. A perfect way to include this type of enemy again.

Especially since it's such a small and unexpected detail, and small details add up. "Yay, I made progress with the boss... oh no, something sad is happening. No, no, I can't handle this. I'm going to reload my latest save data and see if I get a different outcome by doing the fight differently."

A reverse castle of Bloodstained could be a glass stained world. Every glassed ennemies more powerful, harder platforms perhaps... According the subject, I am more thinking about 'infected' monsters (by alchemy).

I have just posted something similar in another thread. Here is some inspirational art, for a boss or for a character in the game. I have always loved this art and once even created some fanfic around it For Bloodstained I can imagine him as a boss who turns out good and helps Miriam in the end.
