Name: Pillow Fight Winner
Requirement: Beat the game in Pillow Mode (All attacks do 1 damage)

Midnight Madness: Beat the game before the Witching Hour ends.

For those who aren't familiar with the term "Witching Hour", it's a period that lasts for 3 hours from 12 - 3 am. If the game is time sensitive that is, this could apply.

Name: Karma Chameleon
Requirement: Change every option Miriam has for customization at least once (clothes, hair, eyes, skin etc...) 

I once heard (maybe in the Double-Fine devs play of SotN) that IGA requires that his boss designers be able to beat a boss themselves without taking any damage.

Name: Form of Mist
Requirement: Defeat all bosses without taking damage.

Name: Ocean of Blood
Requirement: Spill 100,000 gallons of the enemy's blood

Edit: Any enemy that spills blood will be counted... the amount of blood that is spilled will be, between a pint (small attack) to a full gallon of blood (hard attacks... critical hits will add a half gallon or more to this count).
