Requirement: Beat the game with X or less shards collected!
where X = shards that are required to progress the story + relatively few shards obtained by destroying enemies. Maybe somewhere between 5 and 15?
Note: Shard-o-nay refers to Chardonnay, a significant type of wine. "Nay" can be referred to as "No or "Not", so as to imply that there needs to be a great level of active avoidance of shard collecting from start of game file to end in order to achieve this achievement.

howd you get up there?!? - sequence break the game
(simplest way to track is give the "intended route" flags numbers, acquire double jump [flag 3] before beating first boss [flag 1] and you get the achieve)
actually torn on this one, on one hand its a fun nod when someone pulls it off after many playthroughs and exploring, otoh it encourages trophy hunters to actively break the game early on
