Yeah. We can make more skeletons though. I really like the fan art of the cursed alchemist. Maybe that would look good when smiley sized.

That's a pity, but you're right, we gotta protect ourselves from legal action. Just as a note, though--

I'm not sure I'd worry about that, though it is something to keep in mind. However, legally, we're obligated to ensure our members follow obvious laws--no sharing emulated files, no threats of violence, etc.--but as long as they're just our members as opposed to staff, we're under no obligation--and indeed, could not have the practical ability to--control their tastes or how they express them. So while you and I, or Mana and Fangamer folks, etc. ought to make sure our avatars and stuff are either Bloodstained related or at least unrelated to certain other series, this is because we're arguably representatives of Bloodstained (literally in the case of Mana and Fangamer, figuratively but still meaningfully in the case of me and the other mods). Ordinary members, on the other hand, are folks who are just interested in the game for whatever reason; many haven't even necessarily backed it on Kickstarter. Since they have no official connection to the game, legal or otherwise, it's very doubtful any company could raise any sort of legitimate case against you, me, or any other staff for failing to prevent our ordinary members for expressing enthusiasm for another game series--including in their icons and signatures, which are always and almost everywhere left up to the member's discretion as long as, of course, it follows the other rules of the forum (nothing mean or disruptive) and laws (no advocacy of any illegal activities).

tl;dr: It's probably a good idea to change the smilies and make sure the staff doesn't have icons from other games and stuff, but I wouldn't worry about anything happening to or because of our members
