Youtube comments came in handy these time. They abridged the interview and let me know the main thing:

1. Sony is marketing the Kickstarter and not getting any money from the Kickstarter
2. Trying to get PS4 physical reward right now, (they said be patience so they might serious about this.
3. Graphics are being improved (Ryo's model has been changed to look more asian, but Yu is unhappy with it and wants to improve more since Ryo looks frowny. It looks a lot better except for the eyebrows, which are going to be changed anyway from what Yu stated)
4. They are trying to get Paypal payment option for Kickstarter
5. DRM free is a possibility
6. Shenmue 1 and 2 HD is in the talks RIGHT NOW. Yu wants them to get done but SEGA is still thinking about it.
7. They made more reward tiers but they are all gone now anyway (made 100,000 dollars too so they did a good job)
8. Shenmue 3 is going to be more story focus if they don't get 5 million to get more activities in and 10 million to be truly open world like Shenmue 1.
9. Stretch goals are going to have the area feel more like China, Oh and arcade games are the Mini game X4 that are the stretch goals, which stretch goal it is was not specified though. It could be the one under 5 million or around 8 million I didn't know which one. Money was not really talked about so I think it is the one at 8 million since there would be no way to get the money to play them other than part time job or gambling.
10. They are serious about december 2017 release date.
11. SHENMUE 3 is NOT the end of the story. This was controversial as Shenmue 4 would be the end or Shenmue 5 if Yu had his way, but 4 is probably going to be the end. Shenmue 3 is ending where the cartel is defeated. So I have no idea what else would be left.
12. Trial version would be in 2017 after the New Year.

Ok, there stil might be a chance for the campaign to reach above 5 million
Shenmue 1 and 2 HD will skyrocket it, if they actually make the game, unless they make it as a strecth goal at the 12 million, which will be useless for me since 10 million is practically impossible

If they make physical copies a limited number tier, I would be annoyed if I missed out. (I know it wouldn't be lost forever, but I would love to contribute properly to the campaign)

They announced they got the original voice actor for Ryo, which is pretty big for them I guess. I don't know how well that'll turn out in the grand scheme of things.
They did the record a message thing Bloodstained did for it for $1,000. So far there are no backers for it for a total of 3 messages.

This would be a true game changer for their campaign, maybe even enough to surpass B:RN. I am still not interested in supporting myself, but if they do the 1-2 release on consoles later on I may eventually try the game series for the first time.

They were pretty ambiguous about their private funding too. I understand the numbers can't be revealed, but they didn't mention it at all in the beginning.

I like how upfront Iga and Inti Creates are. Inti even told us how much they were putting into it, all that transparency felt pretty fresh. And then we got that ending campaign stream and although the host was pretty lame, we got so much insight onto some of the people involved, and it was all live and had no movie magic to it. It all felt really nice.

Shenmue 3 could have learned something from Bloodstained, really.

Ben also had the advantage of being Phoenix Wright and having worked for Capcom in both NA and Japan. I don't know how you can have a high ego when you are compared to someone who's buddies with people like Inafune, Igarashi, and Amano. Who knows who else Ben knows like that, he's one heck of a guy.
