So this is something we see in most Igavanias and I love it: certain special pieces of equipment have secret button command inputs to access special attacks. I don't foresee them NOT being in Bloodstained, but I would very much like them to be a bigger piece of gameplay, not in the sense of needing to do them to succeed, but factoring more into potential tactics. Would anyone else agree?
Not sure whether or not to add a poll here, will forego it for now. =]

I gotta second this, I don't feel the game is complete without this sort of system in place. To me it adds a bit more interest and technical skill to playing.

I agree, even if it requires a delay or whatever it's a interesting thing to have. Something more on weapons than stats alone increases the unique properties of itens and help to give life to the game and also give us something more to think when choosing weapons (strategy). Let's say you find a new weapon however it stats are worse than your current one however it has a special ability which makes it somehow better.

This is sth that has only been seen in SoTN and I would love to see it back. These are small things that make a game fun to play and discovering them on your own is pretty entertaining.

They should make it so there's a weapon specific move for the hardest weapon to optain in the game, and the game tells it to you right in the room you loot it, and the special move is seppuku and you game over right there and have to re-do it >=P.
That said didn't IGA deliberately say he doesn't like fighting game styles of secret inputs or something during one of his ask IGA interviews?

I especially want this for weapons with bad reach (daggers, fisticuffs)

IGA said that he'd consider it, and opinions on this are (of course) pretty mixed. (Though the question asked was more specifically for Spells)
