I didn't get direct confirmation they'd be handling things at your con, but I at least have a card with further contact info if you'd like me to pass it on. I should know what's going on as far as location for A&G Con in my neck of the woods in a few months (he said sometime in June or July is when they usually finalize their location for the following year).
Setting up a panel should be easy enough. Setting up the beta might be a bit trickier as I'm on the DRM-free physical reward rather than Steam or any console version, so I may need to borrow some accounts when the time comes (or get some temporary codes from the folks in charge). That's quite a ways off though, so I'm gonna worry about that much later.

Beta is steam(/gog?), as for when, we dont know yet but at e3 15 iga and ben said they were shooting for e3 16, and all signs have been pointing to something big around e3, but actual beta isnt likely for another 6-12 mths, if anything playable is coming soon itll be more akin to an alpha demo

I haven't heard back from the con management yet, but it's still quite early.

Downtown Evansville, Indiana is where the con will take place. It's called Evillecon. The Gothic Victorian atmosphere of the inner city (you can Google it, I'm having a tough time linking...) is what initially inspired me to want to host a panel. purifyweirdshard is my savior in helping me so much, especially with my shyness, as well. Also, in tagging him, I was thinking of "Castlevania Revamp - A Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night Panel" for the official name. A play on words!  Also everything sounds AWESOME, purify!! Great thinking. Edit: I intended to record it to Youtube regardless for my pal bcgam3r . Also, as it seems planning is going really fast, which is good---I'll be contacting the con and asking them how to get set up within the next few weeks. It's a bit late of a reply but since you did go through the trouble of tagging me I should say thanks for going the extra mile and recording the event since I won't be able to see it in person. And sorry I couldn't do more to help on my end besides point you in this general direction, my knowledge on conventions is very limited.  |

I talked to the co-chair of the con and I believe he said official submission is October 1st, so our efforts are now in cyberspace floating around doing nothing. We'll need a re-submission on that date. So we have quite awhile to plan after that if it's accepted! Also don't apologize to me, bcgam3r.  I barely have any more con knowledge than you, I'm just a rookie yet experienced with professional presentations as a college graduate. |

A&G Con Ohio is dated and located. I'll probably begin working out the details on a Bloodstained showing and panel over the next several months, so if anyone's interested in coming out to the Greater Cincinnati area (or is already here and interested in attending the con/helping show off the game), lemme know and I'll put you on the list of potential panel/exhibit folks.

Also it seems you guys get your feet in the water faster than I do, and that's perfectly ok. My health and work tend to tie me down regardless. Oh I wasn't saying to send yourself and your panel along to the other cons, I meant sending your presentation files and other digital material that we can utilize in our own presentations at those cons (with proper credit to you, of course). Or just for us to proofread as needed.

Eh, it's been long enough for this to be an acceptable double post.
The A&G Con Panel Submissions are live. Here's the interesting thing. I can schedule for nighttime. Preferred times are listed in four-hour blocks. Evening is 6 PM to 10 PM...but there's also a late-night option for midnight to 4 AM. I can take a shot at having a true "Panel of the Night."
The panel itself can be slated for an hour, 90 minutes, 2 hours, or other. Running a demo build in the gaming areas is a separate thing, so I only have to consider how long this event itself should run. Any suggestions from anyone else who's already worked on one would be appreciated.
As I said some time ago, I can swing up to a half-dozen VIP gaming badges to get people in to help with showcasing whatever build is available at the time as well as serve as panelists; I just need to know who might be interested. As of now, I haven't booked the panel, my badge, or a hotel room (as I myself don't need one), so if anyone's interested in coming out to the Cincinnati area this coming March, lemme know as soon as you can.

I have received a preliminary email from the panels chair of A&G Con Ohio. I will likely have a late-night slot for a proper Panel of the Night. Having systems and controllers available for the E3 demo is as yet unconfirmed, however.
Once again, anyone with anything presentation-wise they prepared for panels previously, feel free to send that on. Anyone who can make it to Cincinnati the first weekend of March and might be interested in attending A&G Con, let me know ASAP.
Given the recent Discord usage, I may try and use that as well, so even if you can't attend the con, you might be able to attend the panel virtually (though being able to hear clearly might not happen).
