The Big Enemy/Monster Vote

Damn ... forgot to put Witches in 

The Amalgamations/Mutations selection gets my vote. This is what I see Iga focusing on in the game with his creative skills even if we didn't have to provide our input. And I voted for some other great choices too.

Werewolves are hybrids, so I just picked hybrids. I like this poll. Stuff like this is great. Sure the choices just come from the mind of one individual, but I think it's still useful. I would have picked more than 30 if I could have. Whoever chose clowns can go have nightmares about them tonight... same goes for including the option to vote for them in the first place. No clowns please... no clowns.

Yes, some of the choices do coincide will each other. While werewolves are indeed hybrids, they have their own place in horror culture and are popular for many folk hence why many films and stories are made about them. So in that respect, they do need their own vote.

Regarding clowns, it's surprising just how much some people get freaked out by them and it is quite a common phobia ... more then some people think. I watched a film many years ago called 'Killer Klowns from Outer Space' and the clowns themselves looked rather creepy. To me, the zany appearance of a clown and the heavy, queer make-up  seems to leave a curious impression that something ominous may be lurking beneath. That's why I added clowns to the list.     

Incidentally, if someone does feels the need to vote for witches, then choose Sorcerers/Wizards since they're the same type of enemies bar different sex

This is just a "for fun" poll and a real "official" poll will be held later right? I only ask because there are clearly a bunch of monster types that are missing from that large poll we collected from everyone's thoughts a while back (and maybe formatting can be cleared up a bit? I dunno). This is just common enemies and not bosses right? I'm also curious what "Aliens" mean since I imagine that would be a group that's especially variable (and also kind of scifi-ish). Are we talking little green men with huge heads and bug eyes?

Just because mike hates them I am going to suggest we put evil clowns in the game

Skeletons, spirits, zombies, armors and demons are Castlevania's classics and they will probably be here.
I would like to see a new form of monsters though :

• Corrupted, for instance : Regular monsters who get infected by the glass curse Gebel done on the castle. It could be slow demons who can barely walk due to crystals's weight, 100% glass monsters (fragile but deadly, litteraly a glass canon so to speak), or sorcerers who gave their souls to a curse on purpose to get more power.

I'm interested in plants and beasts monsters but again, I like the idea they're being mutilated due to some evil magics or something.
Uncommon monsters, variety, lore monsters along the classics, the weirdos mobs (flying lion head with goat legs ?) and any religions / mythology references, it should do for an epic bestiary.

I hope the game will have some sinister parts as well and won't be kiddish too much.

I was wondering the same thing, though. Is this part of/does it take into account the Bloodstained Enemy threads, do we consider it part of that content or is it in place of those or...? Beacuse I think we would still need to do a poll with a compilation of the enemies already suggested in those threads, right?
