Those Prevent Cancer Foundation donations during Games Done Quick marathons need to go ahead and rid the world of cancer. My mom passed from it almost two years ago as well...

 . Yes, cancer can go fuck right off. I'm almost sure that there IS a cure for it, but the big pharma companies and the 1% don't want it getting out to the general public, because profit. The value of a human being's life in this day and age has practically been reduced to the price of a lead bullet in a society filled to the brim with apathy, and mega corps ranking in the dough. *****Sigh***** |

It took me a while to realize who Alan Rickman was. I wasn't getting the Snape reference all that well for some reason.
I just watched Die Hard again, less than a month ago. I always thought he was an exceptional villain in that movie, and it's one of my all time favorites, if not my favorite movie of all time.

One of my all-time favourite actors. Absolutely gutted that he's no longer with us. A supreme talent. Loved him as Hans Gruber, Prof Snape and Sheriff of Nottingham. He played another fine villain in Quigley Down Under (a very underrated western).
Yes, I'm another who thinks that there's a conspiracy behind cancer ... in that the cure was found decades ago!

Hearing about Alan Rickman's passing put me in a crummy mood all day. He always gave a good performance and he had such a unique sound to his voice. I'm gonna miss him.
