I prefer the original design. I feel the new shoulder piece needlessly clutters Miriam's design and looks plain ugly. That being said it's not a huge difference, and I doubt it was meant to be any kind of censorship. I'm dreading the day that crap actually rears it's ugly head though.

Id like it better with her chest not exposed like that. Looks less in the style of the times and less believable. I think the infection should be shown more elsewhere instead... The face or more on the legs I respectfully disagree. She already has it showing on her legs, and I feel face tattoos detract from a persons identity. As for not being in style at the time, I will post some period appropriate attire.    |

Some of the best statements, jokes and whatnot are the ones you know you can't deny. I'm the kind of guy who values not only the intent but also the end result. Someone goes 1 +1 = 11 and I'd be WTF?!
Anyhow we need to get this topic back on track. Personally. I kinda like the extra shoulder clothing and the whole crystals sticking out of it look. We also got to keep in mind two things.
1) Are the visible crystals really ALL there is or are there pockets of them that conveniently hidden under her dress.
2) Camera distance. Are we going to be able to get those up close shots of Miriam while playing the game?

Yeah, getting back on track then.
1. They can spread all over the body, just like Gebel.
2. We don't know this yet, but showing close ups like this lends to the suggestion that she will be rendered close sometimes.

Excellent point about the dress, just because we can't see the crystals it doesn't mean they're not there. Never really thought of camera distance or close-ups playing a big role either.
