What is your stance on nudity?

Take it however you wish, words are, after all, just words.

I have no clue what that is, and too afraid to google it. But she has 2 alternative costumes what I know of, one being pure, other being what we have seen most of the time, both lolita.

Also, we have had a few mods already, which could be very cool if they stay. One of them being a bit more goth than lolita (?) and a few others.

I guess everything is possible at this moment because we do not know if even mods will be a thing that can be allowed. If it is, it will open up a door for very cool "skins", and with Steam attached, I hope the type of skins won't be too provocative.

I really like the thought of having her as a Vampire, change full skin and costumes on the fly. The items in game will change her, but not her as a whole.

^I'm sure that cosmetic customization features in this game may allow for something at least vaguely-similar to Shanoa's outfit.

the thing with trouble is it brings attention to the game so that more people find out about it, the more people that find out about it the more that want to buy it, and regardless if that's positive or negative attention 99.6% of the people who would be interested in this game are pro nudity (see pole results) so almost everyone will see it as positive no matter how it's presented. 

You know who cares about controversy? People who don't play the game and show up to read articles instead of picking up a controller.

I hate to even bring myself up in conversation because I'm here so sporadically its almost like I'm dead these days. But compare the last time any of you read an article by say, IGN, and actually with your entire being believed everything, or anything there in. Most of the things I've read off sites with any big, well known to most name, are at most a painful read that makes you want to arbitrarily slap them, wait patiently for their birthday, show up and do it again. Sure they can have one or two you cite that break that mold, anyone is capable of hitting a good hole in one golf swing if you take hundreds or thousands, Infinite monkeys with infinite typewriters sort of comparison.

However my belief posted in my original post still stands. I'll blindly follow what Iga says is proper, even if I do not agree at all[/b] simply because it's his vision and he has more experience with this than I could shake a stick at. Be it nudity, violence, shiny rocks from the sky, whatever, as long as the aesthetic is proper to any degree and everything fits in the world, I'll have no complaints. (Which judging from past works I have no worries of)

It's wrong to ignore the media completely, that much is true. But its something else when you begin to allow their opinions inside your product. Especially considering the nature of Bloodstained specifically.

He's talking about not allowing his personal biases to influence his appreciation of art/the game.

Here's a comparison, say you know a well-regarded chef personally to always serve great food. Sometimes you may see or get a whiff of one of his ingredients that you normally don't like, but you have faith based on past experiences that you're probably going to like the dish anyway because the chef knows good food. Knowing his audience (you), he may even be able to include these pieces he wants while also aiding or masking their inclusion somewhat with the clever mixing of other things.

At the very least, at the end of the day, even if you don't find yourself saying "wow, I really like fish now", you would have to say it was done well and being by one of your favorite chefs that also knows you, the sum of it was enjoyable in perhaps ways you didn't expect or foresee.

I can't tell when people are trolling in this thread.
