I've never played Lament of Innocence, but I built a Castlevania tabletop RPG on it's plot after reading it from Wikipedia.

I like SNES Dracula X more than Castlevania 4. lol ninjajoshua, do you actually have to draw the seal to unlock it? lol that would be equal parts awesome and annoying. |

I thought OoE was the weakest IGAvania entry in the series because of the same reason why most people liked it: the difficulty. If the game was supposed to teach players how to do things properly and it was just me doing it wrong all these years, I don't think it did a very good job of teaching how to play.

I can top all of you. I never beat Symphony of the Night.
I never even got past the first 3 bosses....and that's a very rough estimate.

I have a few "confessions"
- I actually liked Lords of Shadow and was (until Mirror of Fate and LoS2 came out that is) excited to see where they were gonna go with the story
- Up until a few years ago I had never beaten any of the NES Castlevania games (I've now beaten 1 & 3) and hadn't even played Super Castlevania IV before
- I think Castlevania Bloodlines is better than Super Castlevania IV

It's just a regular nine dots lockscreen, the pattern I choose look like the 3rd seal ^^ - I wish that the 2nd bad ending of Dawn of Dorrow was cannon |

I confess, that I did not get into the traditional Castlevania games. I came along during the SotN era and have stuck with that style since.
Of course, I lust for a Castlevania collection. I want to play Bloodlines and Maria in Nocturn of the Moonlight (SotN). Since I like badass melee women.
