Looks fun. Sorta like Warcraft 3 meets Diablo. Seems very polished, too, so I backed it. Plus, I mean, who doesn't love dwarves, right?

Damn, still no replies?
I was very tempted to back this. The graphics are beautiful, the concept is solid, and the characters seem interesting to me. However, I just can't get past the Stupid Minion Syndrome. In many (honestly, probably most) games where you see battles between large numbers of enemies and one or two heroes, most of the minions just stand around shuffling their feet instead of actually fighting. I understand the reasoning behind this (the single target would be dead VERY quickly), but it just seems silly to me. I think they mentioned how they were inspired by the Battle of Helm's Deep, but there were a LOT of combatants on both sides there for most of that scene, and during the short time when it was 2 v. many, the orcs could only approach probably about five abreast, and only from one direction. That's not the case in this game from what I've seen, and if you look at enemy behavior so far (skip to the 9 to 11 second mark and watch some of the orcs that could reach the dwarves) there's a lot of standing around. If they could change that, I'd buy this in a heartbeat, whether I could run it on this laptop or not. Until then, though.... *shrugs* Sorry.
