So, with the slacker backer and surveys being sent out, if I were to upgrade to at least the $100 tier (the minimum for the credits clans, from what I understand), could I still join a credits clan? (I was a bit low on money when I initially backed it.)
If so, would I do so within the survey or some other way?

Most people choose whoever they are fans of, or who let them know about the game. How did you find out about Bloodstained? |

It should be in the survey. In relevance to being "late", so far they haven't notified us of any deadlines when it comes to that (besides whenever the slacker-backer option ends). Even after it ends, they said they would notify us of whenever a date is chosen for final changing of our address and such.
