As the tile says, tell us, are there any characters in fiction that get you hot and bothered? Now, because this forum is free and open to anyone, lets try to keep the conversation PG, capish? As for the kind of guys in fiction I like, lets see, take into account that I am both a Homosexual with a preference for the large and beefy, and I am a Tetoraphile ( someone who experiences sexual attraction to monsters), the kind of men I like are:

First of all, this is not a forum game. It's more of an off topic post. Secondly, if everyone starts listing their fetish I can see this topic getting quickly out of hand. There are plenty of other places on the internet that have a more appropriate theme for this sort of thing.
I am not judging anyone, I'm just saying this is skating very close to a line I don't want to cross. This post doesn't break any rules. If it escalates it won't be fun for anyone. I'm moving it to the off topic section in hopes that it quietly dies.

Honestly, though a heterosexual male, video game girls never had much appeal to me. 2-D girls or polygonal girls don't get me going.
Which was kind of funny with the beach DLC in Fire Emblem Awakening. You can put two male characters (Chrom and Gaius) and two female characters (Cordelia and Tharja) into swimsuits. Had no real appeal to me either way, but since I did buy it knowing more or less what it was, I think I have very ridiculously little right to complain.
I will say that Alice from Bloody Roar (Bloody Roar 2 design to be specific, didn't see her BR1 design until years later) marked the first time that I specifically noted a game girl as attractive.
EDIT: It may or may not be worth mentioning that when Fire Emblem Fates comes out, I've isolated Felicia as the wife of my first run with the game's marriage system.

No homo, but Lucius from Fire Emblem Blazing Sword. Tharja from Fire Emblem Awakening. Tifa from Final Fantasy 7. Hitomi from Dead or Alive. And basically any geeky and shy girl in anything that is at least mostly respectable.

Milla Maxwell: Tales of Xillia
Her respect for nature, deep philosophical thinking, neutral and level headed perspective, and her physique are all a large plus to me. Easily the forerunner.
Alicia Melchiott: Valkyria Chronicles.
Strong willed, willing to learn about new subjects, protective of loved ones, excellent cook, amazing listener. All of a these are a sound "yes" to me.
Jessica Albert: Dragon Quest VIII
Passionate, determined, strong moral standing, incredibly stunning skill set, can command attention, possessed of an altruistic heart.
Solid contender.

Not exactly on topic but regsrding milla/millia maxwell, i found her to be pretty role-modelish, and not just as a woman.
I find it kinda sad how so many people rag on japanese games as being sexist and all that, but I find milla to be LEAGUES ahead of all their examples of good role model empowered women characters.
I also think it feels natural/realistic how she has people who have doubts about her identity, but gradually they just accept her as the leader.
People rave about gaius in that game and I think he is painfully one dimensional though... But thats too off topic to go into.
I always thought she looked kinda weird prior to playing the game though, after playing it she doesnt look that way any more. Guess it just had an art style I had to adjust to or something.

I have very eclectic taste as far as fictional female crushes go; Winona Ryder as "Jo March" from Little Women, Keira Knightley as "Elizabeth Bennett" in Pride & Prejudice, and even Tilda Swinton as "Eve" in Only Lovers Left Alive. However, I'm going to go with a more obvious answer considering my general aesthetic... Roony Mara as "Elisabeth Salander" in David Fincher's version of The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo; she's strong, independent, intelligent, self-reliant, and kind of weird looking. The book version of her is even cooler: Unless this is specifically about video game characters or anime characters, in which case you're going to have to give me some extra time to think about that.

I guess if I was going to pick a male character I'd have to go with Vash the Stampede.... Or Wolfwood... Or D from Vampire Hunter D...... Prince Vaughn from Escaflowne was pretty nice too.
But, seeing as I am straight.... What can I say.... Carmilla was always intriguing... Though I did always find Aisha Clan Clan from Outlaw Star appealing. Actually a pair that got to me early on was Pixie from Monster Rancher and Felicia from the Darkstalkers cartoon series.... And then there's Yoko from Gurren Lagann. I guess when I think about it there have been many characters that I found nice to look at or thought had appealing personalities.... But as of yet I don't know that I've really come across a character that does both completely. I mean other than Pixie and Felicia no other characters come to mind that were ever even close.... And even then I didn't find them to be "the complete package".
Actually, kind of an interesting topic...
Edit: Actually on second thought..... Samus Aran...... 'nuff said... Still not total package to me, but just as close as the two I previously mentioned.
