www.fig.co/campaigns/outer-wildsOuter Wilds is the first project from gaming crowdfunding site Fig and is developed by Mobius Digital. It's described as "Apollo 13 meets Majora's Mask" and began as a thesis project for the USC Games Program. The project needs $125,000 to get funded. $20 gets you the game. It's coming to Steam and will be supported on Windows, Mac, and Linux. You can become an investor if you are accredited and support the project with $1,000 or more. Also, the guy who played Hiro from NBC's Heroes is involved.

It's the final day for the campaign and Outer Wilds just reached the $125,000 goal! There was also a text-based adventure version as a $135,000 stretch goal, but there probably isn't enough time to reach it. The game also received about 3/5ths of its money ($75,000) from investors and 2/5ths ($50,000) from backers.
