Chinese "Ouye" console, could be Red Ash's publisher?

We know Vuze is planning to put out their own console, but is there any reason to believe that this is going to be the one?
There has been an overabundance of Chinese knock-offs for decades, so and I don't even see why this one deserves a spotlight.

I've seen at least 50 types of knock-off consoles in various markets over the years, ranging from SNES ones that have a hundred Genesis (4 repeated over and over) games in one cartridge, PSOne's where you plug in cartridges from the back and a massive amount of "Vii's" with infrared features instead of motion controls (with a knock-off Duck Hunt included, of course).
This one just seems to follow the tradition.

It being so openly advertised is just a result of China lifting its console ban and allowing its citizens to enjoy the glory of the likes of "Gamestation 5box".
It's not like anyone will sue them for selling this monstrosity, as that would be an exercise in futility.

They're even knocking off the Xbone interface and the Wii's "happy family fun time" photos/marketing while they typo'd the Ouya's name.

But like others have said, I don't think there's going to be any serious traction. I think it might end up like the iQue where a handful of speedrunners get it so they can skip text in games quickly.
