So, I'm 99% positive no one has talked about this Metroidvania inspired title yet, so... here it is.

So GRIM GUARDIANS is a Metroidvania inspired 2D platformer video game created by INTI Creates, that was conceived to my knowledge roughly around November/December-ish of 2022, and basically looks like Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon, and Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin had a love baby, with two female protagonists. The plot of the story, is that you play as two sisters, Shinobu Kamizono, (long-range machine gun user) and Maya Kamizono. (short range brawler) The two sisters whom are demon hunters, are trying to find their way back to their school, only to find that it has transmutated into a foreboding demon castle. Some features include:
-Switching between sisters in between and mid combat, each with their own respective health and sub-weapons/abilities,
-Rescue function; should one sister fall in battle, take control of the other, return to the area with the downed sister, and resuscitate them to continue your adventure,
-Multiple difficulties,
-Beautiful gothic horror aesthetic,

But yeah just wanted to bring it to everyone's attention. I think the game looks very well done, and I can't wait to purchase it and give it a proper try for myself.
The game is going for $24.99 USD on the Nintendo eshop right now, but for whatever reason physical copies (Switch, PS4, PS5) are $39.99?? So I would recommend going with digital, but if you like it enough, you might want to opt for physical.
Anyway, it's a beautiful night to have a curse, huh?
