I came over this mod while hacking my Switch and I can confirm that it works very well. Bloodstained plays in 60 FPS with dips in some areas, but overall the game is much better now, very responsive, no input lag.
Your Switch will require slight overclocking of CPU (1020 to 1224 mhz) and GPU (768 to 921 mhz).
