Idea: Turning certain accessories into Skill Shards.

Simply put, some of the accessories have good abilities but are overshadowed by other accessories with better stats or abilities.  An example being the Gauge Glasses, which, while giving the somewhat nice ability of being able to see an enemy's health when you hit them, has the unfortunate distinction of having the same stats as the standard Eyeglasses accessory, which are guaranteed to have lost their usefulness by the time the player has reached the area with the Gauge Glasses.  And simply put, the Gauge Glasses' ability, while nice, doesn't warrant using them when better options are available stat-wise.  Other examples of accessories with nice abilities that get overshadowed by better accessories are the Speed Belt, Moon Belt, and Strider Belt. 


I think it would be nice to have the option to turn these accessories into Skill Shards so that these items can shine in some manner.
