I've seen Cernex share his works on the site before, and so I've finally decided to share mine...

As many of you know, I've written some pretty passionate and extensive posts and articles in the past related to Bloodstained, Castlevania, and video games (like Zelda). I also did some Bloodstained fan art on here. When Galamoth posted about Gundam, I shared some of my love for anime and the mecha genre, too. Well, for a long time, I've been hard at work on a novel series. Two are completed and out there, two need editing, and one needs to be wrapped up in its first draft. I had hoped to have all five done before sharing someday, but life and its persistent challenges have gotten in the way time and again, and I just decided it was time to open up about it. So here ya go:

At its basic core, the series is a combination of Gundam Wing, Robotech/Macross, and 1953's War of the Worlds. Because of their interest in Gundam in the thread I noted earlier, I want to shamelessly tag Matrixvingian , hyugakojiro , Pure Miriam , Enkeria , gunlord500 , Saint Germain and DarkPrinceAlucard . For fans of anime, the overall vibe might also bring to mind things like Fafner, Battle Fairy Yukikaze, and Gasaraki. At the end of the day, it's a big scifi story with heart that tries to mesh the grounded with the fantastical. (And...there may or may not be some Castlevania-inspired elements late in Book 2. Hint: There's a pyramidal structure on the cover...you know what that means. )
