I upgraded my pledge from $60 to $100 but I was only shipped the $60 rewards. I contacted Fangamer and I was told that they can not give me a refund because ArtPlay and 505 Games was not offering refunds and all they could do was look to see if they had any left over that they can send me. I was actually told by them to post here and on the discord server to try and get help. Attached is a screenshot of my pledge showing that I paid $100 but only received $60. Hey, so...there are some cases where someone pledged an amount higher than the tier they selected. Is that what happened here? What I mean is, it was possible to increase the amount you gave to the campaign, but unless you specifically chose the $100 tier itself, you would effectively just be still opting for $60 tier and donating another $40. This is what it looks like from your screenshot.
In that case, it's unfortunate, but they're holding up their end of the order. You might be able to find a kind soul out there with some extras, if Fangamer doesn't have any send to send you, but otherwise you'll have to look at the secondary market.
