I am making a thread about this here as Fangamer on twitter hasn't replied back to me and it's been weeks since I messaged them.
I backed for the Signed Collector's Box and so far the only thing I received is the physical game. I didn't even get the $60 slip case yet. I haven't received a shipping confirmation or any other note. I gave my name and backer ID to Fangamer so they should be able to see what's going on but still nothing.
I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this as I haven't been here for a while but I think I've been pretty patient.

Same for me, I backed the Signed Collectors Box. And received nothing yet only the Standard Game in June. I mailed Fangamer 2 Mails, and no Answers. So is the Shipment still going on or is it over?

me too, i backed $100 and get no any physical item yet.
my Alchemist's Treasure Sleeve shipped in 16th OCT but after 6weeks i still didn't recieve that.i think it might be lost.
i mailed orders@fangamer.com many times but they never replied. and i didn't get any notification about the rest rewards.
really dispressed!!

I see, it's frustrating though that communication with them is so poor. I mean, it isn't like we're still in that period fresh after launch. I just want this to be over with, I was happy to help out IGA but if the process is gonna be like this then it's too much of a hassle for me. |

I just made an account for this forum to post about this. I've mailed Fangamer last month about the $150 tier. They did reply and told me the package would be sent out in the coming weeks. It's been a month and a half since than and nothing. Not an email with a tracking code or anything. So I tried e-mailing again, but nothing. Tried twitter, but same results.
So I was hoping this forum would be more helpful. Seeing I'm not the only one is a bit comforting.
