Aztec you can believe it now then, because it's live "FYI, PS4 update 1.04 is now live. For Japan, while the version number is different, they are at the same state of code. We will sync up version numbers in January in a future update. Patch Notes: • Treasure chest bug fix • Localization updates • Bookcase crash fixed • Repeating SFX during Bael encounter • Familiar changes • Balance updates • Map features added" Finally!!!! I have now deleted the game from my Switch, as it was the ugliest looking game I had and least played. If I ever get the itch to touch it again it will be the cracked PC version.

Hello, all!
We're still working on the next KS update. So you have something to discuss today, here's some of what will be included when it goes live.

Switch
Switch players may have noticed the 1.04 update that went live recently. While this was the last Switch update focused primarily on performance, we are not done working to improve performance.
Switch has come a long way since launch and we are happy with the progress it has made, but there is still more to do. We will continually roll out enhancements and fixes along with content updates.
Production
Switch 1.04 brought all the platforms (PC, PS4, Xbox and Switch) into ‘Content Parity’, which is a fancy way to say that they all have the same stuff. This was a big milestone for the game. When all the platforms are at the same place, it makes future updates easier to manage. The production teams can all work on the same content and release updates on a schedule with fewer long gaps.
Modes
When Zangestu goes live, one of the new modes that will launch will be “Boss Revenge”. We’re excited to roll this out to everyone! So how will it work?
Boss Revenge is the villains’ opportunity to exact revenge on those so-called ‘heroes’.
When you start up the mode you will choose the role of one of four Bloodstained bosses: Bathin, Andrealphus, Bloodless or Gremory. From there you’ll enter a series of individual rooms, each one occupied by one of the game’s main characters: Zangetsu, Dominique and, finally, Miriam. Should you survive, your completion time will be shown. Don’t’ like your time? Hit “Retry” to begin again!
We hope that everyone will enjoy the new mode and work to get the shortest clear time possible.
More details and dates to come!
As always, we appreciate the patience that everyone has shown as we improve the game on all platforms and work on new content!

Guess that means the last playable character is going to be Dominique . Kind of a bummer, had hopes it would be anyone but her as i have no interest in playing as a bad guy
Also had hopes we'd at least get a guestimation release date for Two Player mode or at least Zangetsu |

For shame. Wouldn't it have to be her kid rather than her twin sister though? Also the concept of the son of Dracula being named Alucard predates Symphony of the Night i think |

It probably includes Dominique because the fight against her already exists in the normal campaign so it's more resource-friendly than to face off against someone like Johannes |

Shouldn't the "main characters" also include Alfred since even Dominique is counted as a "hero"? But I guess the main reason without him is because of the ground that battle with him is "3D"?
Hope we can play as Revenant, Master Carpenter, Doppelganger even IGA in the future.
Imo I guess the 3rd playable character is Gebel. O.D. is also likely to be.

The Switch version simply sucks too much. That is critical up-to-date information for 505, coming from an old metroidvania fan who have bought all the previous titles. It doesn't matter if you think it is interesting or not. This is a forum for feedback. That is my feedback after seeing the latest patch. So cut the crap, will ya. |
