Today my backers rewards came in and sadly it ruined my day. I looked forward to this day for years but always had the fear that they may arrive at my doorstep damage. Well, this just came true. The Dark Grmoire Sleeve has a tear at the buttom and the exclusive poster has a crinkle at the same spot as the tear of the Grimoire Sleeve. Seeing that the poster came inserted in the Grimoire Sleeve these damages looks related.

This really,really, REALLY bothers me, i paid..i dunno...160 Euro for all of this. And knowing that these items are strictly limited and only for backers make these damages even worse for me.

These really werent protected very good, the cardboard box around them was not tight.

Anybody an idea what i can do?
