Super Smash Bros. series

Heads up: Corrin and Bayonetta are now live. I just finished buying Corrin and Smash is doing its system update now. (7 more minutes to go.)

Altogether, for Smash DLC, I didn't buy Lucas or Bayonetta, didn't buy most of the DLC stages, (though I did get the Midgar and Japanese castle stage, since they came with Cloud and Ryu), and bought only one pack of Mii parts. (Only because my 'I don't buy cosmetic DLC' rule unfortunately waned when I saw that Black Knight outfit, hehe.)

Still, Smash 4 is now complete for me as far as I'm concerned. If and when we get a Smash 5, expect me to be championing the Inklings, Elma, and Linkle getting into the game.

New rumors say that smash will be a launch title for nx, curious what that will end up being

SSB4-3DS has Smash Run, SSB4-Wii U has Smash Tour

My hope is that SSB4-NX will have a Story Mode, or at the very least an Adventure Mode. Because I am not buying this game a 3rd time without a decent single player mode, one that doesn't just mimic the standard multi player fights with limited rules/restrictions. Smash Run is nice, but the lack of multiple different environments and boss fights makes it just as repetitive and boring as melees adventure mode.

If they don't do a story mode, at least make an adventure mode that features an over world map like SSE from Brawl, with multiple different areas and unique boss fights at the end of them. One of the things i loved about SSE in Brawl was that it had a very Metroidvania feel to me. There was a straight forward path first time playing through a stage, but you could go back after beating the story and re-play stages with different characters, allowing you to access areas you couldn't before (one example being a vertical tunnel in an early mario/pit stage which could only be accessed by someone who could wall jump)

At the very least give us that type of variety in an adventure mode.

I'm not a competitive Smasher by any means, and stringing together combos is something I still need to learn to do. However I still like to consider my self a decent smash player at best. I recently did a fight with Bayo I was really proud of, and uploaded. Thought maybe you guys might enjoy it.

I just felt in love Bayonetta. This is the character I was looking for : Fast, combo, skills, mobility, control, heavy smash, meteo, style and sexy !

Notice me senpai ! Your first combo was amazing ! You basically "one-shotted" Kamui (though I loved her suicide too ! ha ! ha !). What was your last attack though ? A simple A ↑ I guess.

I'm probably in the minority here, but I'm more interested in the Cloud and Corrin amiibos. But at least this probably means that the production of all three final Smash amiibos are going well.

And, while I don't care for Bayonetta (the series or the character), I can be happy for her fans. Based on the wording of the blog Platinum (or more specifically, Yusuke Hasimoto) put up, it looks like the Bayonetta amiibo will be getting special treatment.
