Twice so far, waiting on the iga pack DLC so i can get all my shards to 9/9 in as few playthroughs as possible, probably 8 more
For some reason it kinda bothers me that number next to my save file telling me how many times i've activated New Game+

Three, once for each difficulty level. I considered doing another three constantly in the EX Shovel Armor, but as I'd have to take it off any time a slide was necessary (and that hopefully a new player character will be available soon), I decided to hold off.
Oh wait, actually four. I played another time on my PS4 using the Plague Doctor Face password (I checked them all and decided on that one) and a library copy of the game (so no DLC).
