Hello, I am a backer and I am having an issue with the Igs's Back Pack DLC.
First off, the game region and my PS Store region are the same (EU, specifically Italy).
I redeemed my code for the DLC, but when I click on the "download" button on the store, the PS4 loading screen (the blue one with the Play Station symbols) appears for a second, then disappears and nothing happens.
The DLC appears as purchased, but I can't see it in my PS4 library nor in my downloads. Besically, I can't download it.
I have contacted the Sony Customer Support and they asked me to ask the team first and then get back to them with the answer.
So... am I doing something wrong? Maybe there's no download and the DLC just unlocks stuff in the game (but I don't think so)? I have not yet started playing the game, so I don't know for sure.
If someone from the team or fangamer of 505 could answer me asap, it'd be great.
