I have no idea on what date 505/fangamer shipped physical copies in territories outside North America (I didn't get any shipping confirmation) but it's been 10 days since release and still nothing. I'll admit I'm only asking this because I can't contain my excitement and I finally want to get the game in my hands since everyone else has it. I live in Cyprus btw.

Sweden here, I got an e-mail with a non-working tracking code on the 14th, but it finally showed up on the 24th. 
I know a bunch of others that had about the same experience with games arriving "late", but if you haven't even got a shipping notification at this point, I would think it's time to contact Fangamer.
Do you have anything on the Shipping page of your backer survey?

Thanks for some feedback I also expected it to come later than when the US backers got it but with no shipping confirmation I'm going at this blind. I contacted fangamer today, they will probably take some time to see my email and reply to me. I didn't check the backer survey to be honest but I did get the digital code for the switch, which I regret since it's so buggy. If I got it digitally for ps4 too I would have been playing now. I haven't bought a switch yet so I couldn't even try if I wanted to. |

I'm in Sweden too, and got my Confirmation email on the 26th with an estimated arrival of 27th-3rd. Maybe you haven't confirmed your shipping address yet and that's why they haven't sent you an email?

No, everything is confirmed and I even paid the extra $45 they asked for tracked shipping. Of course now the shipment has been split up but I always responded to their emails asking me to confirm details.
