Don't you feel like you've misled people enough? Such as at PAX when you said the controller lag and low resolution were due to overheating, despite the game being in the exact same state now? Or when you held back the Switch version (despite the patch being on the Switch DB at the same time as the other versions launched) presumably because you knew it would bring bad press.
This false advertising though, showing people a superior product then selling this tat you call a port is just making you look even worse. Like many others I backed this game day one, and ended up with an awful product which I doubt you will fully optimise (This game could surely run at 60fps 720p on the Switch if it was written specifically for it, were going to get a load of small patches to improve load times and maybe the frame rate where it tanks)
The fact you are now misleading potential future customers as well with pretend pictures of what we'd all like the Switch version to look like really isn't a good look. Any official word as to why you've decided to mislead people like this?

Where is this exactly happening? The cover art?
I worked in that industry for years. It's common to use one set of shots to create all versions of cover art.
I'm not saying it's right. Just that everyone does it.

Just that everyone does it. The cover art!? of course not, they use screenshots and video footage from a different version, false advertising. I've added a link to my other reply where someone has compared the two. |

Well, first of all, I just looked at Nintendo's website using the link from the thread you're citing. That's not a thing. However, even if it was true (and I have to stress that it isn't) could you prove, definitively, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that the shot wasn't just taken from an earlier build where they hadn't yet changed the graphics for the prompts? |
