It does. Speech bubble on the top far right. No worries, you wouldn't be the first to miss the icons up there. Still can't find it. Icons in the upper left are for Facebook, twitch, etc. Upper right you mean, and in order are  Facebook, Youtube, Discord, Twitter, Reddit, Us (here) On mobile, it's a drop-down but in the same order |

Never use an icon that's close to a major service. people will see something that looks like a speech balloon and miss the forum because speech balloon icon = twitch. |
