Hi,
I am a $300 backer, and I am expecting a digital steam key and a PS4 physical copy. But when I check my keys in fangamer, there's 2 rotn steam key for me.

There was a problem with cotm key. They are not able to provide a key for my Asia(Hong Kong) PS4, and there was a additional Survey email for me, a choice of US$10 refund or a take the Japanese key as is. And I got a extra cotm steam key no matter what.

I forgot to take this extra Survey as I am not really too concerned about cotm(well sorry), but now I am worried that my Physical PS4 copy is turning into this extra steam key.

oh I checked my email record and I found that I originally pledged for US320, that's 300 + 20 shipping. and few days later I changed it to 380, that's 60 extra and possibly I wanted a extra digital copy....?

but in my fangamer survery page I see these..... stream, ps4 physical, goodies, and 2x cotm

in short I got a extra steam rotn key, and possibly a missing physical copy?
