Hi there !
I backed the game with Paypal and Fangamer at that time.
I just started the game on PS4 and saw that you can enter your Backer ID when starting the game.
The Fangamer Order ID obviously does not work ?
What shall I do here ?

Wondering this too. I notice two ID's it could be, the one after "KICKBLOODSTAINED-#" in the order e-mail, or the key in the URL to the backer management page. I don't hear know if any of them work though, at least there's no sound confirmation of it matching a backer ID or something like that. Edit: The one in the URL appears to be too long for the input field, so I'm assuming that's not the one.

Edit 2: OK, it seems the ID to use is indeed the one after KICKBLOODSTAINED in the order e-mail, including the # sign, so fx:
#123456
You can also see it in on your "Change or Upgrade Tiers or Addon" page on Fangamer.

Same here, I'm not super-certain what it does. My best guess is it activates certain features if a valid ID is entered. There are special backer items and so forth, but that might have all been rolled into IGA's Backpack? We'll need to get the official word from the devs.

Same boat here. I've tried my Kickstarter Backer Number and my Fangamer Backer ID with and Without the KICKBLOODSTAINED part in both caps and not. None of them did anything.

This is what my loading screen looks like after the backer ID was typed into the backer ID field. Look at the bottom left. It found my clan and credits name.  |

Still nothing. My version is 1.03 .. I wonder if it depends on the Backer Tier and if thee 60$ one is not high enough.

Make sure to put in # at the start then your 6 digit code, any letters need to be capped. All together there should be 7 digits.

After the new PS4 update and a few attempts I was finally able to get my backer ID to finally show up! Mine still isn't... It was a little finicky for me but I do know that you are required to enter the # symbol in front of your backer number, also when it finally accepted mine I had all the letters in my Backer ID capitalized. Another thing I want to bring up is that I've seen a theory floating around that the Backer ID thing might be tied to the tier you pledged at and that it will only work for backers who pledged $100 or more (which I did), but no one to my knowledge has been able to figure if it's true or not so hopefully Question will be able to help answer that for us. |
