I am glad I decided to stick with Windows 7 for as long as possible. It seems it'll remain the best Windows OS for a looong time still.

Hmm. I'm not using dual monitors at the moment, so this particular update wouldn't affect me. However it certainly has affected many. Progress will be painful, but I think forcing updates will ultimately lead to a more stable and predictable PC experience. No doubt Nvidia will be correcting this with an update pushed by Windows. I'm still waiting for a few guinea pigs to upgrade before me though.

That is some big brother crap right there. At least those things can be disabled easily withing the OS settings.

So it was given for free so they can make more money from meta data and give information to the goverment, nice. Well steam os is looking better everyday and my new pc will have only that and a modified win 7.

It's always a good idea to wait a few months before upgrading to a newly released OS. Kinda sucks that all the data mining stuff is in Windows 10, but I am glad it can be disabled. But ideally, it shouldn't be in there at all.

See told you about the G stuff, good to know other people read the terms. with the way things are right now it is safe to assume the government has gotten backdoors in the software from the company for law enforcement. I am gald valve has not gone public other wise they would have to follow some of the same guide lines.
