I backed Bloodstained back in 2017 at Fangamer and my digital download code changed in my survey from what I had originally chosen... I've never had this happen with a game I've backed and I haven't been able to get any help from either Fangamer or 505 games. Has anyone else encountered this?

I literally BEGGED them to help me out ahead of the game releasing and was told that the option to change platforms has closed.. I get that but something screwy happened with my selections and I'm trying to get it fixed!

They suggested I "voice my concerns" on this forum so I'm hoping someone might have a suggestion!
