If you try to use the "Release Toad" shard while swiming in the blood pool of the entrance, they will "float" at the pool, depending on where you are, as picture below. It's a bit hard to see, but take a look at the right side of the pool and you can see the frog's legs.   |

That's pretty cool. Gotta love floating frog legs! (I can't wait to see if there's a way to sink down and see if there's a passage down there in the final version of the game!)
