Imgur is telling me it couldn't find the picture. Can you describe the location of the building? Perhaps also use the image insertion feature of the forum itself.

Weird, Imgur is saying the same thing for me. I'll update the URL and see what happened.
It is the build right before you get to the church building, where the rats are below the Bone Morte's.
