Occurrence - Frequent.
This occurs after you unequip your boots for another non-boot weapon.
Severity - Low.
It's not game breaking and the boots properly update after an action. In general, it seems to occur after an action, especially an attack.
Reproducible - Yes.
1. Equip footwear type weapon. Go to main game.
2. Pause. Unequip shoes or equip non-footwear weapon.
3. Resume game.
