I love that we can see hairbands, helmets, scarfs accessories on Miriam but sometimes there are powerful helmets that look ugly... like the Dulhan helmet... I just hope there will be a way to make them not seen... like a "default" mode where no matter what you equip she will always look like she has on her default accessory. it is like turning helmets off in certain games... right?

The best way to do it would be to have an "Exterior" slot in addition to the standard slot. That way you can use the stats from any item you want with the appearance of any item you want.

They should have something like Overlord said, maybe not implemented yet. I want it, I concur, because being in the cutscene with Gebel and the Pirate Hat felt really stupid haha.

I love that idea but if they have not implemented it by now (I hope they have) then it would take time to program and add a user interface... so I suggested the simplest thing possible lol...

Having an appearance slot would be cool. Some of the items do look nicer than others.

I was literally just now talking about exactly this in the Discord server. I am personally a bit weird in that when playing games with predefined characters, I always prefer to keep them with their default appearance. And it's also a bit difficult to take Miriam seriously when she's wearing a hideous helmet or mask that covers her face, for example. Appearance slots would be nice, but even just a toggle to keep the default look regardless of what's equipped would be nice, maybe individually per slot, so that one could, for example, hide the helmet (or keep the default horns instead of whatever's equipped) and accessories, but keep the scarf shown.

Same here. I found the Dulhan helmet early on, and felt that tinge of "yes!" at what was likely a rare item with excellent stats. I ended up wearing it for the entire demo, at which point I found myself cringing every time there was a cutscene. I strongly agree with the idea of having a "cosmetic" slot for equipment that alters the character's appearance, although I think there may be a few complications with it. For example, I found a mask for the accessory slot that when equipped removed the helmet, and vice versa. Still, at the very least, I'd like an option to ignore cosmetic changes for head equipment and/or accessory equipment (although I was pleasantly amused by the ears ). Preferably with an "everywhere / cutscenes-dialogue only" option.

I want it, I concur, because being in the cutscene with Gebel and the Pirate Hat felt really stupid haha. I always had a great laugh whenever Mana would mention in interviews that "you'll have to be careful," because your accessories will appear in cutscenes. Indeed, you'll have to be careful.
