When in Windowed mode, with the application in focus, the mouse will not be allowed outside of the screen. The user must Alt+Tab out of the application window to click anywhere outside of the game window.
In addition, when in Windowed mode and the game window is NOT in focus, moving the mouse anywhere over the game window will "reset" the mouse cursor to the middle of the screen.
