Recovering from my failed attempt to smite the vile creature, Bloodless glares at me, freezing the very life within my bones...where there was once devious perversion and mirth, there now burns overwhelming darkness and ravenous hunger...
...she turns from me as others begin their attacks anew...
All color drains from my sight, sounds and smells of the battle fade from reality and the wheels of time are held in place by an encroaching black nothingness...
As I gaze into the abyss, from which only the crimson false light of shadow burns, an inescapable dread overwhelms me, and in that moment I feel the anticipation of death as certain as the setting of the sun.
Grabbing hold of my holy water I douse myself in it and quickly drink what is left...
...in desperate defiance of what is to come, I bring my holy sword Lux crashing down until it impales the ground, discharging all of its stored divine energy to create a bubble shield of swirling holy light!
Kneeling, holding my sword, I open my eyes...and brace...

Yugo has pushed his luck in getting close, but with Bloodless's attacks he uses his cunning reflex to move on to his next move. Keen eyes sharply aimed towards the demoness while she is fighting Sunraiser in close combat with others not so far behind. Yugo's ears perch up to the newcomer at the door and his reflexes takes away his attention from the fight to face the confused mightybobbarker, taking the shot for 4 damage to his HP. Yugo's head lowers to his level with his eyes glowing in the darkness and bearing his teeth as he is growling.  HP: 18 - 4 = 14

Averinya uses frozen leftovers to ultimate effect. The bat that Richter acknowledged takes the form of a tall pale haired man and with a "Hua!" the man slashes Bloodless with a sword. As the man takes the form of a bat once again and flies into the night, Bloodless drops to her knees... The room grows deathly quiet... Then you hear something. A sob? No. It is a faint laughter. Bloodless eyes rise to meet Burpo and Astaroth. You see blood pouring freely from the demon's stomach. Then she looks to everyone in the room. "Is that the best you can do? Playtime's over. GRANT ME POWER!"All of the blood in the room begins to steam into a fine red mist. You witness a vile crimson cloud engulf you before your vision turns red. It's pouring into your nose and mouth, the copper taste and aroma overwhelming your senses. Did you hold your breath in time, or are you coughing and gasping for air as the evil mist assaults your lungs?4bb9b1Jk1-201-8Edit: Oh. My. God. That's a critical at almost max damage for that attack and it hit absolutely everyone for 14 HP... It looks like Bloodless might win this one. Only are few players are left. NOTE: I don't apply damage until my next post, so keep in mind the HP listed in the scoreboard was BEFORE this post damage! The red mist cloud throughout the room a loud howling changed into a human scream drowns out from the sound of gurgling blood as the sound of collapse hit the floor. The air clears from the opening of the ceiling as the moon reveals itself once more, Yugo laying on the floor drenched in blood back in his human form barely breathing.
