Exactly as the title says. Can be in a cartoon, family or whatever. When my niece was three, I sang some Rick Astley and she said, "that's a silly song!" So I'm watching an episode of the 90's anime "Saber Marionette J" and a robot girl with the mentality of a happy, innocent, but unintentionally mischievous kid wins the lottery. Lime (the robot) says, "it was a magic piece of paper, after all! Lottery tickets were explained to her as a magical piece of paper that grants wishes. Stuff like that is always worth a smile.

I'm a dad, so I've got lots of stories, but I'll skip the family stuff. Here's Iz Us by Aphex Twin. I've always liked the opening "stop making that big face" and the smile you can hear in the little girls voice. The song then instantly creates a unique feeling that's hard for me to describe. Personally, this is related to the dad stuff, but it doesn't have to be for you to enjoy it was well.
Also, this scene in Fox and the Hound.
